There are 2 ways to sell your equipment using Waste Equipment Exchange: Classified Ad and On-Line Auction.

Classified Ads:

As the name implies these are listings from registered users that have equipment for sale. Once you have registered you will have the ability to post Classified Ads 24 hours a day. Simply take some great pictures, prepare a good description and up load - it really is that easy!

On-line Auctions

Auctions are the fastest way to turn your surplus equipment into cash. Once you have registered, the steps to selling equipment through the auction process are easy. You simply answer a few questions about the equipment being sold, fill out the inspection form, attach your pictures and we do the rest.

How Long: You can choose to list your equipment to sell over a 7, 14 or 21 days period, depending on your requirements. We have found 21 days to be the best length. This will give buyers a chance to inspect the equipment, ask you some questions, arrange financing or transportation.

How Much: Most auction items are sold un-reserved with a starting bid. We will work with you to establish an opening bid that will generate the most attention and activity.

Reserve Price: A reserve price is the lowest amount of money you are willing to accept for the item you are selling. We will work with you to establish the best reserve price for your item that is not too high or too low, but reflects the true market value of the piece.

Buy It Now: In our On-Line Auctions, you also have the option to set a price at which you will sell your equipment immediately. If a buyer chooses to purchase the item at the price you indicate, the auction will close immediately. Your "Buy Now" price will be displayed for all buyers to see, so all buyers have the same opportunity.
